IT Jungle was founded when two independent and successful operators decided that if they joined forces they could help people with their computer problems more effectively and with greater knowledge than before. Paul Sheahan and Josh Santi, now Directors of IT Jungle have a combined knowledge of over 25 years in the IT industry and have been solving problems since 2001.
We recognise that normal people need computers and you can’t run a business or even do your taxes without one, yet the people making them, selling them, and supporting them often do so in an overly technical, not user friendly way. There needs to be a medium between the technically minded people making and selling the products and the regular people using them. This is where we step in. We mediate between your very human needs, and the very inhuman nature of the computer industry.
